If you’re looking for a simple and easy recipe to whip up some homemade waffles, this is it. Nothing fancy, but a kid favorite nonetheless.

2 cups of Flour

4 tsp of Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

2 Eggs

1.5 cups of Milk

1.5 tsp of Vanilla Extract

6 tbsp of melted Butter

  1. Preheat your waffle griddle

  2. Melt your butter. I put mine in the microwave for 30 seconds and then follow it with another 10 seconds.

  3. In a medium bowl. Combine your dry ingredients. Flour, baking powder and salt.

  4. In a large separate bowl. Combine Eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract and sugar.

  5. Slowly incorporate your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients. (doing this will help prevent small clumps of flour, forming in your batter)

  6. Time to make some waffles! Just scoop your batter into the waffle griddle, and Ta-da… waffles! For an extra treat, add chocolate chips, blueberries, or your favorite toppings right on top of the batter before closing the lid!
